You need around 4 M actually, to deal 13+9 M lines with Beam Dance. Beam Dance hits like 8 times a second, so you only need around 400-600k to kill in less than a second.

you need a bit more than 2m-2m for beam dance. or at least i saw a 2m-2m range xenon (barely 2-2) and he only dealt 5+7m 2 lines,which is not enough dmg for sdh

With 700k range your cannons can ohko. Beam dance your going to need a lot more.
