This really goes down to if you're going for just %stats or items with attack and %stats.
If you're going for just %stats, then you could probably get anything from 90-140% stats. If you're going for attack along with %stats, then it's going to be more around 70-110% roughly. I've personally have about 108%str with about a total of 8-9bils funding (half of that was spent on items with attack+ weapon).
Seeing as how you're a paladin, I'd recommend getting attack over %str since it will benefit you more.
@aljuas: uh I bought it as a bundle for 250, basically it was 10% hp earrings,6% tempest ring,shoulder,belt,pendant, 6% hp pants and shoe. I could get a lot more without really wasting any mesos.
