New Potential Tier?
Was the addition of a new potential tier added in KMS in RED? I don't remember reading about this... If they didn't get that, you think it will make up for not having Additional Options? Discuss!

Woo! I own the alien hat which I've seen on pretty much nobody else, (and I own the other 4 things too already). Time to make my stuff awesome!
I don't mind this, alien gear is free, easy to get, and can have it. Guess I"ll go PQ for them now.
Kms don't have it.
You will be surprised how many things Gms has which kms does not.

Pretty much no-one has 151+ equips. Since atm only lame alien gears have them. (few people wear them as is)
Oh and terminus too but that's for people who aren't going 150/160 set which isn't the best idea.

Everybody can get level 151+ equips - poor or rich. The alien set is level 180 and free so just get to 200 and there's 3-5 equips for you.

Alien Fragment gear, Terminus, the new lv 160 set, Krexel Shoulder, and Elemental Staves are the only things that I can think of lv 151+. Is there anything I'm missing?
Isn't it only +1% on the potentials? I mean yeah it builds up but I don't think it's anything to be scorn about since the equips aren't for everyone readily yet.

To be honest they removed 4th tier a long time ago when Potentials first came out...
And now they're putting them back in... but only for 151+ equipers....
...I feel a bit cheated
