I've been wondering this for a while, since cards aren't available where I live. By prepaid NX, I mean the kind you can use in the MTS, by the way.

For PayByCash, which of the options is the best? I see UGC, Western Union, and Travelers Express on the Nexon site.
its impossible "pre paid" means you bought the [insert game card], but never got it until u redeem it
online is instant transaction so it cant be "Pre" paid
