if you have an e-mail it's not nexon

if your PIC gets completely reset it's nexon but they usually keep your pw the same
the thing is tho they actually CHANGED my password i had to change it to get my account back
i think, when you request a password reset, it will automatically change your password to something else, and email the password to you.
could be wrong though.
maybe they tried to hack you by requesting a password reset, but were unable to access your actual email
would be a good idea to scan your system and change the info on your account asap. also double check and make sure your email has a strong password (and add additional security if possible)
You'll probably want to change your emails and passwords/secret questions/everything.

On another computer/device too.
