Cant Equip Empress Gear Lionheart Battle Mail
HI all,
I have a really question on Empress Gear...
I play pure STR just like all the other Warriors...
I am currently level 158 and Managed to get 1 Piece of the Empress Gear! WOO
But then... When I finally get enough DEX to Equip the Gear (173 DEX - Require 170 DEX)
It says "Your Stats are too low to equip this item or you do not meet the job requirement"
I am SURE that I am a warrior and this is a Lionheart Gear XD
so... whats the problem... Why can't I equip it? I have 173 DEX so I should be able to equip it...

You have someone MW30 and use Mega Monkey Magic 30 on you simultaneously so that you get a large dex boost, so if you equip the empress and it works then when the buffs wear off and you can still wear the empress then ta-da you've just tricked / glitched the system.

Glitching? How so?
Take off your overall and check how much total DEX you have.
Collect as many cards as you can for your Codex. You should be able to get a total of 6 or 7 DEX (w/o completing it) from the Codex. If you have an alchemist, make some 15minute DEX potions. If you don't have a Cannoneer already, make one. The +15allstats helps alot if you aren't able to buy DEX equips.
try to get more empress equips, the more you have the easier it is to equip them all on via glitching

yes unequip itfirst just to see how much you get also if its very minimal hole only 20 less look for a high lvled cannoneer and ask then to use mega monkey magic thats what i do again make sure you have enough dex to still be able to equip it when the buff runs out

Your overall/top/bottom definitely contributes to some of the total dex you have, and it adds up to 3 or more dex. Take off your top/bottom/overall and you'll have less than 170 dex, thus you cannot equip the lionheart overall.
what the first poster said but it can be made up with you have a cannoneer friend and he/she uses Monkey magic +15(?) all at max or mega monkey magic +40 all stats at max lvl
but remember you must have atleast 170 when the buff wares off
also if you have a cannoneer then use pirate blessing
Pretty much what Bonbloc said, that is probably the only answer to it.
Your current overall definitely has more than 3 DEX on it.
By replacing your current overall with the empress one the system first unequips your current overall to equip the second, at which point the system detects the lost DEX thus not reaching the pre-requisites.
