Hey guys, whats the average max out clock you can get out of a 3570k with a CM 212+? I hear those things run HOT. And whats the average voltage for 4.3 and 4.5 ghz for a IB?

4.5 GHz, 70-80 C on load. Results depend on your luck so that's something you will have to explore on your own.
1.180-1.200...no two chips are the same and so your mileage will vary.
