Which is better?
Hey basilers
Well I'm an unfunded player, and I currently have 18% str and a terrible weapon. I have a bil literally my 7 years savings, and I was thinking is it better to get 4/5/6 pieces of clean empress, or try and get more % str?

As a matter of face I got hacked once somehow, and as compensation I got that nexon package thing with 25k nx and bosshunter armor, which is what I sold for the bil :L it was actually 3bil but I bought a PSB for my aran, but the price has dropped >.< I was thinking I'll get hat, overall, gloves, shoes of empress and save up/merch to get even a clean scimitar

OT: Start out with 4-piece empress set, and merch to get more money and then start getting more %str. You can't get lots of %str with 1b, unfortunately.
Clean 5 set empress equals to about 30-40%str and the full set would equate to about 50%; even more when at bosses. Of course buying the weapon and the cape will be a problem with only 1bil. So just get more %str. If you spend it right, you should hit about 40-60%str.
