I say it because I want to, whats it to you? How dare you say "have some self control". I get good grades, I have a social life. I'm sorry, but I'm deleting my characters because of what the game has become, and will further become. Yes things evolve and change, but I dont like these changes. Not that its really any of your business, though.
I was never addicted to the game. I played for fun, I played for something in my free time. But its no longer fun anymore, and I dont forsee myself coming back.

unfortunately there is no deactivation, best thing to do is to just sell/give your account to a friend, or just sell/drop your items. Only way to "deactivate" is to get perma-banned.

You have to log in a ticket to permanently cancel/delete your account - I've already done it with my old and now useless account that was hacked years ago.

Just note that if you do it this way they will lock your username and whatnot.
