I got a similar response to my ticket, and upon asking about details of compensation I got this response:

theres a thread on the nexon forums with people complaining of the same thing too me being one of them. i accepted the quest, finished bh, and the quest disappeared when i hit 150 on my bt. someone said to not level past 150 if u want compensation.

i'm unsure, but i think you have to complete the quest on the first character that accepted it

When you accepted it, was it in your quest log and did it say you had Black Heaven Act 1, 2, 3... (Incomplete)?
Did you get a Firepower Pendant that gave you extra Exp when you stayed online for 1, 2, or 3+ hours?

I don't know, I was level 160ish when I beat Black Heaven and I still got the reward.

I did BH on my main before

took me a day, yes, a day, that's about 5 hours of reading dialogue

if you just spam spacebar (what I'm doing ATM) itll at lease take you 3 hours given how ridiculous the quests are

may i ask how long it took you to finish BH? i wanna do this quest but the storyline is so bland and boring

I'm currently level 150 and doing BH

but before I hit 150 the quest was marked with (Pre Completion) tag

so it was obviously accepted

but after 150 it was gone from my quest log

You were supposed to accept the quest when you were between level 100-150 lmao. If you accepted it, it should still be in the quest log listing which acts you still need to complete. You do NOT have to finish BH before 150, it only matters when you accepted the quest (ie before 150)

you hit 150 and you probably didnt accept the quest, if you did then i think BH needed to be done first if it doesnt then you got Nexon'd

I think you have to do black heaven before you hit 150
