Should I or should I not
So, I saw a two of the same overall that are 3l legendary. One has 1 ma and 7 slots(400m), the other is clean(300m). My question is, which should I buy? Is the 1ma worth the extra 100m?

Get a scroll for overall m.atk and test your luck if it works then 100M isn't worth it (;
