I'm not looking for Tyrant and these seem like the best choice atm.

You're probably better off getting some decent violet snowshoes instead of nova boots. As for belt, buy a sup belt for a couple hundred mil and scroll/enhance it yourself. imo the best belt/boot options short of tyrants atm
easy normal magnus drops heliseum belt and belt only as for nova they both drop all piecese
Easy and normal magnus drop nova capes, belts, boots, and elite helisium belts.
