@ansleyt: theres no point buying a emp set, then upgrading to fanir when you have the chance, better to start now and not waste money on emp (especially when there cheapest) and besides all fanir weapons have 30% boss built on. i made the same mistake and now im gotta spend extra money upgrading to fanir

a fully scrolled emp polearm would be the equivalent in terms of att to a clean fanir polearm (hypothetically speaking), just buy the fanir polearm now while its cheap and think about scrolling it later.
