Zero and Hottime Event
With the upcoming hottime event, if i create a zero is it able to open the hottime box or does it need to level up to a certain level. Since the previous boxes you needed to be lvl 30 to be able to open them but zero starts at level 100. Thanks

Zeroes must be 110 to open Hot Time boxes.
