On a clean Raven Horn Chaser Cape. Please and thank you to anyone who helps me out.
Edit: As accurately as possible to Bera prices please (I'm pretty sure the price of it is relatively the same in every server though).

@Craziick That's strange, I've noticed a decrease in Empress prices in just the last week alone. All the capes I was seeing after the Empress buff were anywhere from 700m+
@Craziick Thank you. Is there a reason why the thief cape is so much less expensive than the other ones that I see? (Excluding Bowman ofcourse)
