Alright, I guess I'll just have to keep gearing up.

This is more or less how I solo. Random death cause I fell off the ledge.
This video is like 3 weeks old, so I don't cut it that close anymore.
I believe I had around a 1m buffed range when I did this run.

I'm just curious as to what range and gear you have, because if you can solo, you must be so pro <3

EDIT: I'm also funding myself, and I just want to know what gear I should go for.

Right when the jaw is dead, throw up Supernova (this will give you 12 seconds), and use the 150 and 200 hypers.
Then debuff the eyes with Ribbon to maximize damage.
These are all tips that I use to solo, but range plays a factor in this.
The faster you can clear the eyes, the less counters you have before fighting the forehead.

Soul Seeker doesn't reach the mobs if I'm at eye-level with Gollux, so I have to jump down and spam Roar to kill the mobs.

It'd be nice if I could solo without dying since I like keeping the wasted buff items (MPE potions, etc.) to a minimum, but you're right, it's mostly about luck.

well according to your post you seem to be able to clear. so theres no much else you can do. its basically on luck. Also im not sure but does soul seeker reach mobs at the bottom? if so you can try that.
