find a trash staff/wand in fm, would be pretty high level sometimes people sell trash for about 100k.

Do like me, farm some equips and NPC them until you start to get into the millions of mesos, ask some friends to loan/give you some money if you have any that are willing, and do events. Usually after events prices go up. I got hacked at lv159 but I'm still continuing my Evan (lv162 almost 163 now)

Had to use a lv15 staff for a long time until I got enough money to get my reverse wand

I'd stay with your Evan. There must be a friend around in your buddylist who'd pass you at least a few mill for potions. Or your brother could pass you some money for potions. It would be a waste to start over again and spend money on level 1 to 100 all over again.

Get back on track, get meaner, tougher and wiser from the event.

Fuse items (what ever you find fuse them for potential), make earrings and then fuse again, go train and pick up mesos if you are bothered to.

BE POSITIVE.

I'm not quite sure what you want us to tell you. Basically, you start getting back up on your feet after getting hacked. Merch a little, look up money making guides. Stuff like that.
