Keep the +15 wep.att potential on my dagger?
Which potential stats beat +15 wep. att (+10 + 5) on a dagger w/ 3 potential lines
other than bossing dmg 30%?
+ 10 +5 +5 weapon attack is also excluded for obvious reasons.

Say I do have the money to cube this, which potential stats would be better than having +15 wep. att?
(once again, other than bossing 30% because I keep a separate dagger w/ bossing 30 on it.)

Seeing as most 150+'s grind ON bosses, I'd keep boss 30.
