Since the only way to get boots and belts right now is by purchasing them with Hard Magnus coins, the price for belts and boots is pretty much the same across classes.
I see boots selling for 12~16b (70 coins) and belts for 20~23b (100 coins). No one is going to use their coins to buy an Archer belt if it's cheaper than the rest.
There isn't a set price for these kind of equips during Marvel. You just need to take advantage of those in a hurry to sell or those who are not aware to prices.

How much depends on which Tyrant specifically, but as CherryTigers said, Tyrant prices overall are due for a drop soon.
err, i don't think tyrants will be any cheaper than like.... 1.5? 1.2? after dec 31. They need psok to be tradeable as they are untradeable upon pick up from magnus.

Marvel machine is due to come anytime now. If you are trying to buy, I suggest waiting a little bit.
I think later, when classes start once again
