There honestly isn't that much of a difference between them. The 2-3% more stat you get from a SW tat is easily counterbalanced by the 5 att on the power crystal. Atm, SW tats are dominant for 2 reasons.
1) They start at epic.
2) They were available during last Miracle Time, and were therefore easy to cube.
PC tiers: 3/6/9/12
SW Tiers: 4/7/10/13
if you are looking for a decent item : PC
if you are looking to change it to end game 1m+ range: SW
Pot is the major one as it's in a higher tier but also the max number of enhancements you can do on SW. I believe PC caps at 10 and SW goes to 15.
