Is there anywhere which states which medals I can get back once I drop them and want to re-issue?

I do believe that there are some medals that cannot be reissued.
Most of these medals are event medals, though.

Kanna and Hayato job medals aren't reissuable, I guess cause Nexon never bothered fixing up the things with these special classes. Their equips can't be extracted either.

Ah okay, cause the I have a Donor Medal from a long time ago that's just called "Donor", I wanted to see if I could re-issue but no luck
Special medals that can either only belong to one person in the world or expire (e.g. Donation King, Slayer Medals, Time-Limited medals)
cannot be re-issued.
Other than that, medals can be re-issued unlimited x times but with increasing price.

As far as I know, if it shows up in the medal tab it should be re-issuable...unless that's change. (However, I DO recall reading something recent about a new medal that wasn't re-issuable, although then that's just an exception to the rule)
