Pdr neb vs Boss neb on Off-hand

So, I just hav ea question to you guys, as to which neb would be better on my off-hand berserker chain.

As for the current stats, I have 85% boss on my weapon, 15% from DS link skill, and then I plan on doing 6 set empress for another 30% boss, giving a total of 130%.

As for PDR, I have 30% from Leafre codex (I'm pretty sure that's not glitched, right?), and then 40% defense ignore (I'm pretty sure that's also PDR, but I don't know if its calculated the same way as potential lines).

I've heard that they're changing how PDR stacks in one of the upcoming patches (at least based off KMS data?), so I'm not sure whether it would be a good idea to stack PDR. Additionally, there's also the diminishing returns on %boss damage, so I'd like to know what you guys think/know. I understand the resell value for a boss neb'ed chain would be higher, but I don't think I'd resell it. Oh yea. I also haven't finished cubing my chain...soooo I could get more %boss or %PDR off that as well =/ It's 6% str, epic right now.

Lastly, if PDR neb is the way to go, would it be worth the extra mesos for the rank A 21% pdr neb? or just stick with the 18% rank b one?

Thanks ^^

TL;DR: neb'ing my off hand. 18% PDR, 21% pdr, or 25% boss neb.
yes it would, my fellow potato knight.
but only when you're using dark impale.
if you use anything else like potato explosion, you'll be at 60%.
Right lol. Since impale is our main attacking skill, going for %boss may be a better choice when you have 60% PRD.
The additional PDR you get from impale and its hyper doesn't add to the PDR in the stats window. Say the PDR in the stats window is 60%, and you have maxed impale and its ignore guard hyper, would it make you 100% PDR already?
I just realized I had a second 21%def ignore neb sitting on my mule.
totally forgot I had it.
guess i'm ready for if my def-ignore goes down the toilet from the game changes

i'd wait till after the patch to figure out whats happening with the game mechanics...
I heard the stat window is going to show us our PDR ignore stat too. so it'll be easy to figure out.

I personally have a 21% ignore on my partisan, and a 6% crit on my chain, if anyone cares to know.

@Aura0fDeath: just calculate it yourself no? you can get 25% boss or 21? %PDR neb. compare both against 70% PDR, 180 (for CPB) and 300 (if we get that chaos vellum)

@MyKarma @Darkspawn980 thanks guys. i guess i'll finish cubing the chain first.

i'll keep this thread alive for a bit i guess and get a few more answers. if i don't hit at least 100% pdr off of cubing, should i go with the pdr neb, or the % boss? which would provide a larger boost in damage against some of the harder bosses? because there is a diminishing returns effect with both %boss and % pdr, right?

i'd go with % boss simply because in the long run it's harder to get. but in a perfect scenario, i'd finish cubing the secondary first (getting 70% boss or 40boss30pdr) and then using the neb to fill whichever i didn't get.

I don't think we're having the PDR system change in GMS. If I'm not wrong, then you're at 130% boss and 70%pdr. I think that you should get to 100% pdr before getting any more %boss since %boss affects your damage less the more of it you have.

I'd just stick with the 18%PDR neb since it's not worth spending money for a mere 3%PDR boost.

You can still cube your chain so you can go for %boss and %PDR on the neb since you don't need much PDR.
