icogs are just bad lmao. If I had to use 70% spell trace or icog, I'd pick 70% spell trace.
Without a doubt, 30% spell trace.
Unless you have a vault full of icogs and return scrolls, or the money to afford a vault full of icogs and return scrolls, you should probably trace them. You can always go back and work on them piece by piece later on when an event comes around.

No lol. Trace it. The target for CoGed tops is a mere 20 att. At a 1:4 ratio that's equal to 80 stat. A perfectly 30% traced top has 9*7 = 63 stat. Are you seriously going to pay the difference in cost between CoGs and traces, and trust me CoGs are much more expensive, for a mere 17 stat?
Cogs but it takes a while. Im waiting for the next event and hopefully theyll have a shop with them.
