You (or your expedition leader) need the Certificate of the Dragon Squad Badge to get in.

Your words of wisdom inspire me,I shall now carry on! also im in HT cave but cant seem to actualy get in there to fight him,what am i doing wrong?
i did the Pre Quests
The first thing I did after I levelled to 200 was max all 6 of my traits, and then collect as many medals as possible.
It was very fun and kept me occupied for a while, but all things come to an end.
You can always boss; try challenging yourself! Try a boss you don't think you'd be able to kill, you never know what could happen.
Take part in events, farm useful herbs/ores at Evolving World, etc. Basically, everything else in this game besides training.
You should attempt to do a HT solo. My Aran's range is only a tad bit higher and I can solo HT in about 5-10 minutes (your time will vary depending how much HT loves you that run, hint hint: Seduce)

LHC okay,also may take a bit ,never did HT solo.
Leech people in LHC spamming Combo Tempest. It's decent exp. Or train in SH, with or without a party. At 19X I often found myself soloing in DH1, because there were no parties available.
Certain bosses are bit of a pain on Aran because of the main skill combo taking too long. You should be able to do Horn Tail tho.
