Ok this is my first P/C with this weapon. scrolled it with all pink 25% 2 failed but rest worked. so this a good endgame weapon?

Not a good endgame but it can still fetch you a pretty penny. I sold mine for 500mil(windia) but mine had 2 EEs on it. In the end mine ended up with
