If I use 50% hammered frm event on my weapon and it failed can I clean slate it? So how does it work?

Say ur wep is +7 u.h then u use one hammer but it fails. Then wep is +7 1hammer used u slate the slot and get +7 1slot
failing a hammer is like passing it, getting one slot, and then failing a scroll, which makes you lose the slot. you can slate the lost slot back. not sure if that made it easier to understand

Yes, you can clean slate the failed Hammer Slot.
This means, you'll have one slot available to use a scroll on with (1 hammer slot used) and not "2 hammer slots available"
