confusing bout Expert Throwing Star Handling? i wanna know if ETSH works on TT [triple throw] its 4th job skill for NL, if u dont know what it is, Increases the damage for Lucky Seven, Drain, Avenger and Shadow Meso. There is a chance that throwing stars will not be consumed, and a chance to recharge 1 throwing star. You cannot recharge beyond the maximum number of throwing stars. Does not apply to Passive Skill.
