Maplestory Password Reset Error

Around 1-2 months ago, my sister changed her password, ever since that day she had to keep resetting her password in order to log back into maplestory. For example, she changes her password to play maplestory for a while, then logs out. When she tries to log back in there is an error saying the password is wrong even though it is correct. When she changes it the system only recognizes it once then the second time she tries to log in it doesnt work So now every time she wants to play she has to change her password. Can someone message me a solution to this problem? thank you
