Scrolling your end-game equipment
Would you rather use 10%+WS or 60%+WS (or without WS, maybe have tons of non-boomable clean slates from events)?
Not considering GM scrolls/scrolling service, pinks, or dark scrolls (or any others) that will boom/need protection scrolls.

It's not end game if you use 60%. End game means "perfect".

GM scrolls are untradable now and majority of them are duped, so I would naturally stay away from them
