Monitor goes to sleep! =( So basically my monitor goes to sleep even if my PC stays on. Its an HP Pavilion p6157c PC (It seems like everyone who has an HP their Maple acts messed up all the time). Windows 7 Home Premium Basically I turn on my computer and the orange light on the monitor stays that - It's a sleep. The actual PC is working fine. Once i press some actual buttons on the Monitor (Such as Select, Source, Volume), the light turns blue, like its about to turn on. Then it says "No input Signal" Later it says the same thing for the HDMI and VGA. It then proceeds to say "Monitor going to sleep" and the light turns orange again. Monitor keeps going to sleep! So ever since I updated my NVIDIA GeForce 9100 Graphics card, every time I play Windows Media Player or a Youtube Video, my Monitor goes to sleep, and I have to shut down the computer to get it warking again. How do I fix this? Thanks Basil HP Pavilion Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit operating System
Microsoft Word Font Size Well this is kind of pitiful, but every now an then, I make the font size on essays and such .5 bigger. But this time, when I compared the same document, one with 12 size TNR and the other with 12.5 TNR, it looked kind of obvious. I dunno if I'm just being paranoid b/c it's my first AP class, but is there any way I could make is 12.1-12.4? When I try, it says it's an 'invalid number'. Anyone know of a way to bypass this?
this really weird lag takin over on my desktop Ok so it started about 2 months ago. Everytime i started playin MS on my Desktop it started having periodic lags. Not like i hold down 'Left' the whole thing stops and 10 seconds later he appears. It was like everything was 2 seconds late and not smooth. A little spazzy i guess you could say. It went on and off about every 15 min. Now it almost never turns normal. And it also started when i watched big screen videos on Hulu. ALSO, it happened on iTunes when i press Ctrl+T, to make the cool animations appear. But when i play MS and Hulu on my laptop, its fine. The antivirus' are the same on both. Also when I minimized MS to the mini screen it still lagged. Please help!
