Exp Penalty for higher level monsters
Hey guys. I was just wondering if GMS implemented the exp penalty where you get less exp for hunting monsters that are a certain # of levels higher than you. I know that KMS got the penalty but did GMS? On a side note, did they reduce the exp of Roids in Magatia?

Yes, they did. If the mob name is in red, you will get less exp.
