Do we max HM now?

So, i was on my aran, and i put 26 points into HM and i noticed that the next level the %s still raise and so does the attack. Should we max HM now?

Here are the stats:
Level26 HM: Polearm mastery: +68%. Weapon ATT: +26, Minimum Critical Damage 13%
Level27 HM: Polearm mastery: +69%. Weapon ATT: +27, Minimum Critical Damage 14%

Alright... i was just making sure xD.

EDIT: I just point another point into HM so its Level 27 now. And thats the level where the%s stop raising o____O.

Well with higher watt boost and min crit dmg % it would make sense to max it
