No because with 100k nx, you can buy 2x exp cards separately which is 200 hours of 2x exp. That'd make you a couple level 200's. If you bought a perm 2x exp card, it'd be lock to one's class' cash shop.

OT: Nah, it only takes like 8 2xs to get from 110-200 I would need to make like 6 200s to make it pay off. Maybe if it was like 40k id go for it.
