Look what just arrived

It's a Corsair M65 gaming mouse. I don't even play that many games or FPS (First Player Shooter) online but I had to get this because the reviews were awesome and it looked purdy and I haven't gotten anything nice for a long time. I'm so stoked to try it. Supposedly, a gaming mice enhances your performance and experience with online games (preferably FPS).

On a side note, share some things you just got or getting soon.

I will just wait for the new M65 RGB ones I think. If not I will just buy the M65 because the price will reduce.

That mouse looks weird as hell, I prefer the razer deathadder like that other guy.

Here's a comparison http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=bdvepz&s=8#.U79E-0DkSAg.

I didn't really change my grip although I'd say that it feels a lot more convenient than my old mouse. As for the sniper button, I don't play fps or anything but, I don't think it's appropriately placed. If I wanted to use the sniper button from the way I held the mouse, I'd have to reach for it although there are other ways of holding it where your thumb is placed on top of the sniper button (it still feels fine).

I dunno... I just know that after using this new mouse I can't go back to using a plastic mouse again.
Uh... I just looked up what palm/claw grips mean and I can tell you that the M65 can be both but, leaning mostly towards a palm grip. I've never had a mouse that slides so easily before and the M65 it's surprisingly comfortable. It has a metal chassis which is the framework of the mouse with adjustable weights you can twist in/out to fit your preferences although I just leave it as it is.

I use it as a palm grip if that helps answer anyone's questions. I like it.
Did you have to change the way you grip can you like compare the length of the mouse to something like a brand new pencil or something. Also what about the sniper button I heard its in a ridiculous place is it fine with your grip style.
is the M65 good for a palm grip. Looks more like a claw grip type of mouse. Also can someone explain to me the deathadder hype. It just seems like a really expensive mouse.
I was referring the to deathadder being a palm grip. M65 looks like a claw grip.

I recently got Diablo3 for the xbox and I'm loving it. Also trying to win a Pokemon yellow that's sealed and in mint condition to start off my collection video game collection.
The shape of those mice always makes me scratch my head. I have a razer deathadder and it has a slightly different shape from the shape of a normal mouse that's noticeable but still comfortable and has the mousey feeling I know while improving my performance. My question is after using it for the first time how well is it working compared to your old mouse and how foreign does it feel?
you mean a palm grip? I prefer palm over claw grip too.
