Can we still get the skill Legendary Spirit in 2014? When I visit Eurek in Leafre on my mule, all he wants to do is create magic stones and cure all potions.

Legendary Spirit used to be so weird. You needed the red whip, some NPC drops and money to get it. Red Whips are rare now. Not sure if they still drop.
Used to be able to get it, but then Nexon borked the quest.
I still have Legendary Spirit on my AB, so whatevs.
