Anyone else experiencing this when charging nx?
When charging nx with paybycash i miss alot of the nx i should get. And the money is gone from the card im using. Also when i check review purchase it only shows the nx i actually got but there is nothing about the other amount of nx that im still missing. I already contacted paybycash and billingpp at nexon.net but didn't get a reply yet. I used paysafecards if that makes a difference.
EDIT: Anyone know where i can see the order number for 10k nx with paysafecard before i send my payment?
EDIT2: It's now fixed thanks to paybycash customer service. If you got problems go contact them.

Like 1 days normally i would have gotten it immediatly after charging.
I also received a reply from paybycash:

The problem is the order numbers comes AFTER the transaction. Anyone know how to find the order number before you pay? They said that i could find it before i pay but i don't see it anywhere

i used paysafecards i was able to use paybycash but didn't get my nx for most orders i made. I contacted paybycash and i'll have to wait for a reply.
