Best Temp Program?

I was looking for a program that could tell me my computers temperature that doesn't use a lot of memory. It'd be preferred if it was a sidebar thing (im using w7) but not necessary. Just one that works well. Also, whats the average temperature a computer should be at?

coretemp is my fave, speedfan is sorta broken for a lot of people, and its not automatically configured

I use this. Has a gadget and it doesn't look ridiculous.

I use SpeedFan =P. It hit 90*F in Los Angeles today so I saw 35*F on my CPU at idle. Load will probably hit 55* in this weather.

You can use speedfan. It isn't a a gadget but when you minimize it goes to the bottom left corner where the volume control and other icons are and shows you the temps.
