Hey, I recently managed to cube a 18% dex 9% all stats legendary green armis overall (female). It was from RA and had 100% to upgrade tier.
How much can I get for it?

It's definitely not worth 8 bil. My own 14% top + 17% bottom combo cost ~8bil, and only because the pants were common pants useable by all classes.
I'd say around 5-6 bil to the right buyer.
