Game crashes before logging

Hi, I am having a problem with the game lately for the past week or so I cant play everytime I use the launcher the waiting screen shows and most of the time like after 10 min of waiting the window closes itself and it says that I have been disconnected from the server, rarely it reaches the login screen but when putting my info and pressing login at the black screen it crashes. When I try to log from the site it simply gives the 11004 error.
I reinstalled the game but it still doesnt work. I have a laptop and I am playing with my brothers laptop right now because there it works on the same wi-fi connection.
