Aran Training at Level 160
I've been away from the class(and the game in general) for quite some time. It's changed. LHC doesn't seem to be the place to go, and I hear people talking about a Stronghold, but it's always recommended for level 165 or higher, so I assume that's the lowest level that can enter that place. Link 3 in the EVO Lab seemed to be pretty decent, but I'm sure there's something other people around my level were doing.
I'm not sure if this is necessary information, but my range with self-buffing(no potions, what are those?) is 26931 ~ 41035. I'm sure funding standards are way different nowadays but pretty much everything I'm using is from scrounging events and whatnot.

You can go into SH, but you need to find a party (which is difficult), someone to tele/door you in, and you need to hit all the monsters to get leech exp, and the monsters will do around 5-7k dmg so you will use pots even with Combo Drain.
Oh man, so no good grinding spots outside of the Evo Lab thing? I never understand what people are doing in PQs, they're so archaic compared to WoW dungeons. OTL
Dimension Invasion PQ. Krexel twice a day with family 1.2x or 1.5x exp coupon, should give you like 30-40% per day. PQ's like DRPQ, Kenta PQ, and even Escape PQ are still worthy amounts of exp (as long as you can finish fast runs).
Evolution lab with better cores i guess. Dimension invasion pq is the best exp for arans imo, specially because we have combo tempest, becomes very useful here
Try to party with people in Dimension Invade PQ, or train at Evolving World.
