Level 150 Aran Mount
So I've been looking around and I haven't found anything on how to get the mount anymore. All information seems to be some vague form of "it's free now," and none of the NPCs in Rien really do anything. I can't seem to find Pucci either. I definitely missed the memo on the change for this, so could anyone help me out? What's the dealio with the level 150 mount?

i just got one today! it makes level 200 worth going for.
i'll most likely stop at that level
when you do the mount quest do em with alot of item drop boosters o.O wolf underling familiars can be sold for so much money
