Mihile's Soul Driver
So I know that Mihile's Soul Driver skill says the level increases every 10 levels. Does that mean I have to level 10 times from when I learn the skill, or its maxed at lvl 50? Since I only have 27 lvls til i reach 200, it would be impossible for me to max the skill if i have to level 10 times for 1sp on it

yea, the drop rate for soul lights seem lower for me than the dews =P, took me couple days of 2x just to get the skill to level 1 haha, good luck!

you need to finish collecting the 20 dews in order to start the soul lights quest, the 20 lunar dews are only for the empress cygnus skill or w.e, the soul light is a quest you get after completing that

you can max it still, just have to do the soul lights quest a total of 5 times

Bonus 24 att? Or maybe the only Adventurer he ever wanted was a DrK so he decided to make it a UA one.
Btw are you an UA DrK or did u do Lunar dews for them?
If you are DrK UA you should get the skill maxed by lvl 90, but even if you are just a normal adventurer I'm pretty sure you get it max by 1 every 10 lvls (isn't the max lvl 5?)
