pls sir monkey militia hypers scale much better than cannon bazooka since you only use bazooka to grind on mobs that you can 1hko anyway...
there is no benefits to maxing attacking skills first either since all mobs are 1hko'd anyway... but some classes don't have enough sp to max the attacking skills in 2nd/3rd job which is why i stated in general to max support skills first since those will be "useful" forever
You're assuming he does nothing but train and you're assuming he ohkos...i could see early stance to be helpful since the only training route early on is evo world but otherwise MPE is extremely hard to ohko early on with low leveled 4th job attacks. In general it's harder to ohko because your damage is cut on monsters that are higher leveled than you. Cannoneer support isn't the best in the world, and it isn't always entirely useful either especially if he is strong enough to ohko or if he uses mihile link a lot. We only have 2 unique buffs after all, and neither helps all aspects of gameplay enough to be prioritized over attacks in this kind of situation where we don't know what kind of game the OP is playing. Summons only really help a lot if you're in a map that's spread out, which does not include evo, although they add more hits per second, which would help for evo a lot but effectiveness is dependent on the strength of the person. Summons are attacks, though, not support.

By the way, monkey hypers outside of enlist totally suck. Split damage does literally nothing and persist can be replaced by having S rank jett and corsair cards for 16% summon duration which all cannoneers should have. "Scaling better" does not apply. "Scaling better" is a phrase you use in relation to maxing the actual skill, not the hypers, because it has no progression. I support maxing summons early though.
Also, I know that not all skills can be maxed, but I'm not sure about SP count so I tried putting what shouldn't be maxed at the end.
Cannoneers run out of skills to put sp into in their early 18x...

You're supposed to get your buccaneer/corsair mount to be able to mount cancel the level 1 nautilus you get sub level 120 to make training/farming faster.
Cannoneer put 3 hyper into monkey militia and then put +20%dmg and +1attack to cannon barrage
Lol what. Cannoneer hypers are militia enlist, 20% damage, 20% damage, +1 att, and +1 att.

Cannoneers don't benefit as well at all when they max their passives/buffs before their attack skills. Overload -> bazooka -> barrage -> 1 anchor -> max militia -> max anchor -> etc.

For all classes = 1 sp in attacking skills -> max all support/passive skills -> dump remainder into the wider range mob skill
Cannoneer put 3 hyper into monkey militia and then put +20%dmg and +1attack to cannon barrage

you dont really need a guide. 1-100 is still fairly easy. you just max your passives/actives then your main atk then your side attacks. 4th job its mastery, buffs, main skill, bossing skill. everything else.

1st Job: Take 1 into Cannon Blaster. Then, max in this order: Monkey Push>Cannon Boost>Cannon Blaster>Blast Back>Cannon Strike
2nd Job: Take 1 into Barrel Bomb and Scatter Shot. Then, max in this order: Cannon Mastery>Pirate Training>Critical Fire>Cannon Booster>Barrel Bomb>Monkey Magic>Scatter Shot.
3rd Job: Take 1 into Cannon Spike, Reinforced Cannon, Pirate Rush, and Counter Crush. Then, max in this order: Reinforced Cannon>Barrel Roulette>Cannon Jump>Counter Crush>19 into Cannon Spike>Monkey Wave>Max everything else in whatever order you want.
4th Job: Take 1 into Cannon Barrage and Bazooka. Then, max in this order: Cannon Overload>Cannon Bazooka>Pirate's Spirit>Double Down>Monkey Militia>Max everything else in whatever order you want.

This guide was like right off the top of my head, solely based on training and maximum damage output. I can try to explain some things to you through my reasoning if you have any questions, I know this is not the best guide at all. Also, I know that not all skills can be maxed, but I'm not sure about SP count so I tried putting what shouldn't be maxed at the end.
