error 38, reached end of file
Hi guys, I'm having this problem when I enter cash shop, my screen goes black and closes itself to the desktop and I get the message error 38, reached end of file.
This has been going on for week for my main but not any other characters i try, i've tried using a different computer, same issue.
What should i do now?

yea i know. its a little picky on what characters it accepts. it wont let you use stuff like colons, parenthesyse and quotes as just a few examples. (not completely confermed but when i took those out it let me send) just to be safe i'd only use commas and end punctuation.
My etracer gives an error everytime i try to report that issue :S
i wonder if my etracer thing about that from black friday ever went through...
I sent a ticket and all they told me was to wait for a new game version..... but still no change.
