I find people lowball with pirate and bowman tyrants. All my thief tyrant offers are all legit and decent.

only really downside to pirate stuff is the fact that people will try to rip you off, indeed they are alot cheaper than thief, but they will lowball you bad, like give you a quarter of whats its really worth, also pirate stuff isnt too popular in scania atm, i got 3 pieces of pirate RA stuff for my xenon clean with a hidden pot for less than 700m

getting pirate has several benefit it costs alot less and id say you would save 5b+ from switching to pirate from theif also if you get pirate you can get a variety of buyers because you cant lose depending on its potential str, you can sell to buccs as well and if dex, you can sell too angelics and so on so... so pirate is the way to go.

Go thief - better sell back value.
