having the same issue .-. it still pops up even after i tried both of these things.

Just delete and re-download the hackshield and blackcipher folders from nexon website and it should work as well. This is more of a permanent solution, at least for me it was.

Maybe you should stop hacking... >.<

see everytime I did that my game would automatically crash. I just keep reloading maple and eventually it stops giving me the NGS bs

I still cant get past NGS without the send error report popping up
