Buy it now because it will OP expensive later. Although there are other options for capes that are cheaper and if you are lucky will be better in the long run. See Tyrant has chance to boom after 11 stars or so. Protection Scrolls will NOT work at that point. Not sure 11 or 12. Other capes can use up to 15 stars with Protect. If you are chancing, after that, you can shoot for 20+ stars. People are trying to sell Tyrants off now because your enhancement cap is lower with higher risk. The cape itself cost enough to not want to blow up. So imo, your choice.

According to the graph I've seen floating around, your boom chance is quite low even up to 20 or so.
