Pretty sure it is mainly meant for North Americans, and even more for Americans(US).
AP reset which was good and bad.
I accidentally put 1 luk in back around lvl 80-something, but after using the reset, I got to change everything to base-4 except int
the only problem was it took me like 600 clicks to get back to normal
I only got AP reset and tiara. :c
