4th Job aran skill build

In my skill build I am maxing Over Swing then High mastery, now after HM im not sure if I should add Final Blow or Free standing. This answer may seem obvious but my current way of leveling is by killing pap once (per day) ,zakum arms (3 times per day with 2x and a bishop) and i try to kill a bigfoot or two. On both pap and zak arms freeze standing helps greatly but I dont know if its more important then fianl blow. Any advice would be apprciated, also sorry for any spelling/grammer mistakes doing this on ipod touch.
