star npc somewhere?
hey just made a NW and I would like to know is there anyone that sells stars other than subis (no buying expesive ones from fm not a option im poor on a new server) I'll settle for anything higher than subi

@Billakid: Not sure, but it becomes available after doing "The Fallen Woods" quest as it says here: http://maplestory.nexon.net/news/updates/update-notes/00Hc7/v-146-return-to-masteria-update-notes#mo
I think you need 25 seed things and kill like 50 trees or something. It could be the first quest you do for Taggrin, I think.
If you were in Scania, I'd probably give you a set for free. I get them all time at those red turtle-looking guys in Leafre.

You can buy Tobi from Mo at Dead Man's Gorge after doing those quests with Taggrin and some other NPCs, only until Mo lets you buy stuff from him. I don't think we can say that number of mesos.
